A leader’s main ingredient is a passionate belief in where they are going in building a successful home based business. All leaders have it. For example, if we examine the life of Mother Teresa we will discover a similar passionate belief. Due to the fact that most brick and mortar businesses cost over 75000 dollars on average, by time you count location and overhead needed, so I will not address this type of business.

A sad fact that I see is that 95% of the people that ever get involved in a business opportunity, especially one on the internet will never make any profit. It is not always the fault of the online business opportunity that 95% never make any money in their business opportunity. I have found that although some the business opportunities online are outright scams, but besides that, it is that 95% of the people doing those, will never do what is required in order to be successful.

That is enough of that now, open your eyes and you will see that you have been lied to. Lied to by the companies, lied to by the distributors, you are lying to your self.

In order to be successful in a business opportunity you must have a team. a real business opportunity team that has a vested interest in your success. If you look at any successful big business, there is a CEO, do you think that CEO does sales calls, advertising, and everything else you are expected to do in a typical home business opportunity, No way, He or She delegates those tasks to those subordinates in his organization that have special training in those areas.

People are turning to the internet and google everyday to find a good business opportunity. One major problem people face is that a lot of the information out there is either skewed or outright lies. In order for people to be successful in a business opportunity they need to either get the correct information upfront (which will not usually happen), There are countless claims on the internet, in opportunity videos,work at home forums, websites, and others that make it look simple, when in fact there is nothing simple about it all.

There are a lot of work at home program hoppers out there that jump from program to program trying to make money online, only to give it a month or two and then go to another, thinking it is the fault of the opportunity itself, instead of the marketing method they were using.

To be successful for the long term in a home based business you are going to need customers, and I think most importantly a team of mentors to help you.
